This savory pork chili is packed with flavor and a hearty goodness that makes it perfect for any gathering or a cozy night in. With a mix of spices, tender pork, and beans, it’s an absolute crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
Directions

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed pork and sear until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork and set aside.

In the same pot, add the chopped onion, garlic, bell pepper, and jalapeño. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Return the browned pork to the pot, and stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pour in the broth and stir well to combine all the ingredients. Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the pork is tender.

Once cooked, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If the chili is too thick, add more broth to reach your desired consistency.

Serve the chili hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
Conclusion
Tips:For a spicier chili, add more jalapeño or a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can also serve the chili with sour cream and shredded cheese on top for a creamy garnish. This chili can be made ahead of time and tastes even better the next day after the flavors meld together. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or frozen for longer storage. Enjoy your savory pork chili!
